What Data do you collect?

Jet the Hawk R#8365 by default does NOT collect or store any data.

However if you use the setwchannel command, then the bot will collect your Server ID and Channel ID

Where is this Data stored and why is this data needed?

This data is stored in a json file on our hosting provider, luckily, it is secure behind a username and password and is not shown to the public.

This data is needed to help the bot where to send the logs for your server to help welcome your members.

Who has access to this data?

Only the Bot Developers has access to this data. The data is locked behind a username and password.

How do I contact you for privacy questions/concerns or doing a data removal request?

We have several options on how you can contact us for help, privacy concerns, and request data removal. When talking to us with either option, if you want to request data removal, then you have to provide us your server id so we can help you

Other Privacy Notes

• Even with the bot having the Message Content intent, the bot will not log or store your messages. The Message Content intent is for being able to use the standard commands.
• With the SonicTheDev services, WE DO NOT SELL YOUR DATA TO THIRD PARTIES. We believe in privacy and we will keep it that way.
• This privacy policy can change at any time. It is your job to check this page every once in a while.
